When this one minister saw his friend’s obituary, he asked me what we charged for the video, to which I told him that it was a gift and that there was no charge for the video. He then stated, “You know, this is so much better than any visitation or any funeral service.” I agreed with him and explained that the video (obituary) would remain on our website forever. In addition to the video, I explained that on our website the family and friends could write a letter, leave a condolence, add pictures to the photo album, or light a candle for them.
