General Price List

These prices are effective as of 01/11/2023 but are subject to change without notice.

 

There is no evidence that any casket represented as having protective features, which may include a gasket, will preserve human remains.

 

Price range for all caskets regularly offered for sale.  A complete price list will be provided at the funeral home.   $500  –  $7,700

Price range for all alternative containers regularly offered for sale.  $50  –  $300

 

 

Prior to drafting any contract for goods or services, the responsible party or the decedent’s survivor who is handling the funeral arrangements is entitled to receive a copy of any preneed agreement in the possession of the funeral establishment that has been signed and paid for, in full or in part, by or on behalf of the decedent.

 

 

The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers.  You may choose only the items you desire.  However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead.  If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

 

Professional services of funeral home and staff:

A. Basic services of funeral director and staff.  $300

This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select.  (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.)

Conducting the arrangement conference.

Planning the funeral.

Consulting with family and clergy.

Shelter of remains for 24 hours.  (The state law requires the deceased to be embalmed, refrigerated, cremated or buried within 24 hours after making the removal.)

Preparing and filing of necessary notices.

Obtaining necessary authorizations and permits.

Coordinating with the cemetery, crematory, or other third parties.

In addition, this fee includes a proportionate share of our basic overhead costs.

B. Additional services and facilities:

Visitation and/or Rosary for 1 to 2 hours at the chapel, church or other facility (staff).  $500

Visitation and/or Rosary up to one hour prior to the time of  the chapel or church service (staff).  $300

Funeral or Memorial Service at the chapel, church or other facility (staff).  $500

Graveside Service (staff) or Committal Service (staff).  $500

Witness a burial or a cremation (staff).  $500

Identification of deceased by funeral home using a picture provided by family.  No charge

Identification of deceased by one to two individuals (for more than two, add $50.00 for each additional person).  $100

Overtime charge for Saturday, Sunday, or after 5:00 p.m. (Graveside, Funeral, Memorial, Celebration of Life, or Visitation).  $200

C. Embalming:  (Rental of Embalming Table is included in the price of our embalming.)  $700

Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law.  Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing.  If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

D. Other preparation of the body:

Casketing remains.  Non-applicable for a direct cremation if in a cardboard box.  $300

Cosmetizing, dressing, shrouding and/or hairdresser.  $200

Washing and disinfecting remains when no embalming.  $200

Special care for the repair of autopsied remains.  $700

Special care for the repair of remains which has had anatomical donations.  $700

Refrigeration.  Day 1: No Charge.  Days 2 thru 7: $400.  Every day thereafter: $400.

Removal of Pacemaker or other Mechanical Implant.  $350

E. Transportation:  (Up to 30 mile radius.  For all vehicles,additional distance will be charged at $4.00 per mile.)

Transfer of remains to funeral home.  (Add:  $250 if residential; $400 if contagious; $100 if evening, holiday or week-end.)  $250

Rental of removal cot and or dressing table is included in the price of our removal.

Funeral car/hearse.  $500

Flower car.  $250

Utility vehicle to or from airport, to or from coroner’s office, to crematory, for immediate burial, or for long distance.  $250

Delivery of cremains (up to 30 mile radius) or shipping/handling of cremains (beyond 30 mile radius).  $250

Temporary shelter of remains (if embalmed).  No Charge

Transportation of remains to cemetery or crematory via utility vehicle – up to 30 mile radius.  $250

This charge does not include identification, witnessing, visitation, rites or ceremonies (at the funeral home, graveside or elsewhere), sales tax, certified copies, disposition permit, embalming, refrigeration, etc.

 

 

Immediate burial (No One Can Be Present To Witness The Immediate Burial).  $1,300  –  $1,800

If anyone is present, the charge for “Witnessing a Burial” shall apply.

Immediate burial with immediate burial casket (flat top particle board, no cloth ext., no int.) selected from our funeral home.  $1,800

Immediate burial with casket selected from our funeral home (in addition to cost of casket).  $1,300

This charge does not include identification, witnessing, visitation, rites or ceremonies (at the funeral home, graveside or elsewhere), sales tax, certified copies, disposition permit, embalming, refrigeration, etc.

Witness a burial (staff of funeral home).  $500

Witness a burial (an additional charge by the cemetery may apply).

If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container.  Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering).  The containers we provide are cardboard boxes.

Direct cremation with casket provided by purchaser.  $1,300
