GRIEF SUPPORT

A YEAR OF DAILY GRIEF SUPPORT

Our support in your time of need does not end after the funeral services.  Enter your email below to receive a grief support message from us each day for a year.  You can unsubscribe at any time or resubscribe at the end of the year.

It doesn't matter how old or young a person may be, no one likes to be told that they have a problem. Keep a close eye on your little ones - if you see that they are having difficulty coping with their grief, take the burden on your own shoulders and say, "I'm having a real hard time with the loss of your father. I feel like I need to go to a counseling and support group but I don't want to go alone. I feel very close to you; would you please go with me?" They then feel like they are doing you the favor - you get them in for counseling and you get to go with them.

HOW TO FIND A SUPPORT GROUP
First of all, we recommend going to your church and checking with your bishop, your priest, or your minister. Many churches already have in place, grief support groups with people you already know and trust.
