Highlight just the area you want to read and click on the Read Aloud (black/orange) speaker icon above.
If in a different language, click on stop, click on the option icon, select your language - now press the start button.
Standard Voices are free. Enjoy!

EDGE BROWSER
The Edge Browser is free and can be downloaded to your smartphone.
Press on the three horizontal dots located at the bottom center of the home screen.
On any web page select Read Aloud.
The Edge Browser "Read Aloud" only reads in english. Enjoy!
