How we love the Toomer family! It was such a blessing to see Bill in Nauvoo last summer. What a joyous reunion there was in heaven! I wonder what project your mom has him working on! Prayers of comfort to the family. ❤️ Jay & Ann Hardman

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. We enjoyed serving alongside of Bill in church. He was such a wonderful, upbeat person! He also had such a strong testimony of the our Savior and the gospel. He will continue to be an inspiration to us. We rejoice in knowing that he is finally with his wife.Tamara, again.
